Title: Warehouse Manager

Pay: $23-27 Per Hour

Warehouse Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm

Company Overview:

Mercoframes delivers top quality optic products and sells them into Latin America and the Carribean. We have a 2000 square foot warehouse with pallets stored on 3 levels. We have a Class 3 forklift.

Responsibilities:

Receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

Manage stock control and reconcile the data storage system.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.

Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).

Maintain inventory in the ASAP Inventory Management & Asset Tracking Software Systems.

Responsible for assessing, ordering, and communicating all incoming shipments.

Be aware of scheduling/delivery conflicts and issues.

Ability to prioritize time efficiently between warehouse responsibilities and requests.

Reliable and punctual.

Daily communication with Owner.

Update Google Drive documents daily.

Update Quickbooks daily.

Qualifications:

Forklift license.

Must be proficient & accessible to using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint programs.

Excellent communication & people skills.

Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Able to carry heavy trays, boxes, objects (min of 30lbs).

Able to maintain a pleasant disposition & demeanor under stress.

Previous promotional/marketing experience & Warehouse experience a plus.

Responsible & reliable.

Clean, neat & organized.

Valid to work as an employee in the US.
